Barton music students to present recital

Barton Community College will present a student recital of instrumental and vocal performances at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4 in the Dorothy Moses Morrison Chapel, located in the Fine Arts Building, F-157.  The recital is free.

This recital will feature a variety of instrumental performances from the following Barton Music students:  Tyler Wassenberg of Salina will play trombone, Taylor Lampe of Great Bend will play trumpet, Brandon Fox of Clearwater will play marimba and snare drum and Dania Rodriguez of Salt Lake City will play violin.

The recital will also feature vocal performances from the following Barton Music students:  Rose Radenberg of Claflin; Maili Kee of Salina; Randyll Smith and Erin Renard of Russell, Karen Kratzer of Geneseo and Mark Galbraith and Dr. Edward Jones of Great Bend.

Hannah Mosier of Great Bend will perform on piano and Jennifer Pfortmiller of Hudson will perform on organ. 

The performers are students of Barton music instructors Steve Lueth, Karole Erikson, Glenna Gaunt and Kurtis Koch.
