How to log in to the portal

Students
Students
  • You will use your student email as your username.
  • Your Password will be your six- digit date of birth with the format (mmddyy). For example, if your date of birth is January 12, 1985, you will enter 011285 as your temporary PIN/Password.
    • e.g. Jane Smith
    • After logging in for the first time, please locate the OKTA MFA SECURITY Card and follow the steps to change your password.
Employees
Employees
  • You will use your employee email as your username.
  • You will use your employee password that you login to your Barton computer or email every day.
