The Shafer Art Gallery will celebrate the unveiling of its “Museum Exchange” exhibition with a free reception from 4-6 p.m. Nov. 14 featuring music, light refreshments, and a gallery discussion.
The Barton Fine and Performing Arts Hall of Fame Committee has invited the public to submit nominations for Barton faculty, alumni, or individuals associated with the College who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their artistic field.
The Barton Community College Library will team up with the English department and Barton’s literary annual “Prairie Ink” staff to host a “Writer’s Workshop” from 6–7:30 p.m. Nov. 20 in the Cavanaugh Room of the Learning Resource Center and via Zoom.
The Barton Community College Theatre Department will hold two nights of auditions for its spring production of the musical “SpongeBob SquarePants,” from 6-9 p.m. Nov. 11 and 19 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
Children aged three to eleven who love fairytales can enjoy a camp full of creative expression led by the Barton Dance Theatre students from 2-5 p.m. Nov. 8 in the Fine Arts Building.
Barton Community College hosted its Fall 2025 President’s Forum on Oct. 23, offering campus updates, a question-and-answer session with college leadership, and recognition of employees for their years of service.
