Student Orientation

Welcome!  When you arrive on campus, it will be a very busy time but you will settle in just fine. We start off with housing move-in. If you aren't a campus resident, don't stop reading. Friday & Saturday, August 14 & 15, 2015

Housing Opens -  Check-in: 1 p.m.–5 p.m. in the Union

Welcome for Housing Residents - 6 p.m.-7 p.m. Campus Christian Fellowship (CCF) will serve a meal in the Commons Building for Friday & Saturday.

Friday, August. 14, 2015

Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport - 3 p.m. Barton van will arrive for transportation to campus. Reservations needed - Non-Athlete: (620) 792-9271, Athletes: Contact your coach for details on transportation.

Sunday, August 16, 2015

Food Service starts for housing residents in the Union, Brunch: 12–12:45 p.m.  Dinner: 5–5:30 p.m.

Campus Crawl - 2 p.m. start at the Student Union. Explore campus, find classes and pick up giveaways. 

$3 Movie Night - Transportation (van) leaves promptly at 6:15p from the Student Union.

Student Orientation for the Non-Athlete - 8:30a Meet in the upper level of the Student Union (outside the bookstore).  9:00a - 11:25a  5 sessions on different topics you need to know.

Housing Meeting - 6:30 p.m. required for housing residents in the Student Union.

For some, this will be your first experience planning and making arrangement for your adult child to attend college and for others the path is not new as your adult child starts another phase of their education. The information below is a good resource for all parents.
