Pre-Chiropractic
Liberal Arts and Sciences

The Pre-Chiropractic curriculum is designed to prepare students for the general education requirements for most chiropractic colleges. Most State boards require at least 2 years of undergraduate education, and an increasing number require a bachelor’s degree. All boards require completion of a 4-year chiropractic college course at an accredited program leading to the Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Chiropractors can work in a group practice but most have a private practice. Some may choose to teach or conduct research. Chiropractors often specialize in sport injuries, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics and nutrition.
