The Music curriculum is designed to transfer to a four-year school in pursuit of a degree in music education, music performance or other music career options requiring a professional degree. After completion of the curriculum at Barton, students will be awarded the Associate of Arts Degree. Music educators work for public and private schools and universities, choir directors, music supervisors, music therapists, private instructors, and music librarians.
