



Barton Nursing is a nationally accredited program with the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission* and approved by the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
Opportunities
Barton’s nursing program offers many career options. After the first year, take the NCLEX-PN to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Since LPNs can earn between $26,000 - $32,000 per year in Kansas, this salary assists you as you continue your second year.
After completing the Associate Degree Nursing Program, earning an Associate’s in Applied Science or an Associate’s in Science, you can take the NCLEX-RN to earn your Registered Nurse’s (RN) License and expect to earn $35,000 - 60,000.
Barton works with accredited four-year nursing programs and assists graduates in transferring to a four-year college. Barton has an articulation agreement with all four-year schools and universities in Kansas to give you credit for their nursing courses.
