How do I change my Major/Advisor?

• Change of major forms are available at the Advisement Center or online.
  Change of Major Form
• Return hard copy change of major forms to the Advisement Center or submit the online form
• The Advisement Coordinator will then make the changes you have requested and will forward the information to both you and your new advisor in either hard copy or electronic format. You will receive your new advisors name, phone number, email address and office location.
• Please contact your new advisor to find out their office hours and to discuss your new educational plan so you are aware of degree and graduation requirements and transfer information pertinent to your new major.
