By submitting this application you are agreeing to make monthly payments to Barton County Community College for your tuition account. A $30.00 non refundable application fee must be paid before you are actually on the payment plan. Payments are due on 15th of each month. If a payment is received late the college may, at its discretion, add a $10.00 late fee to your account.

Please note: You will not be allowed to enroll in future classes or receive your transcript until your account is paid in full.

To estimate the amount of payments, total the amount of tuition and fees, add charges for books and subtract any financial aid. This amount is divided by four(two for the summer) and that will be the amount of your payments. You will receive a payment schedule once this form is submitted.

Payments may not remain constant throughout the semester due to changes in your student account. Possible changes would include classes added or dropped, financial aid being assessed, etc. A late payment may result in a $10.00 late fee.
