Corrosion/Controls Instructor
Barton County Community College is seeking applications for a part time Corrosion/Controls instructor. Candidates should be able to teach Basic Principles of Corrosion including Corrosion Cells and Analysis, Atmospheric Corrosion, Coating and Inhibitors, Insulators/Shorts, Instruments, Current Sources, Encroachment, Test Leads, Pipe-to-Soils, Shunts, Pipeline Patrol, Design/As-Builts, Environment, Basic Electricity, AC/DC Circuit Analysis, Electrical Devices, Motors, Generators and Alternators, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
The minimum qualifications include 5 years experience in corrosion/controls field required, NACE certification or the ability to obtain certifications required; associates or higher level degree; and prior teaching experience preferred.
