BCCC ABLE Facilitators
Barton County Community College's Community Education Department is seeking applicants for part-time (on-call), Adventure Based Leadership Education (ABLE) facilitators. Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to function in a team environment, exhibit a proven ability to serve in a leadership capacity with individuals from upper elementary students to adults, and be able to participate in heavy physical exertion in extreme cold or hot outdoor conditions. Background check required. Training will be provided for qualified applicants.
