PROJECT DIRECTOR
BARTON COUNTY UPWARD BOUND
(TRIO)
Barton County Community College is seeking applications for the Barton County Upward Bound (TRIO) Project Director. This is a full-time replacement position, responsible to the Dean of Student Services, to develop and manage the federal grant funded project providing educational and other support services to 50 students in Barton County target high schools. Required Qualifications: Master's degree, preferably in education, counseling or related field. Experience in a College/University environment, and experience in program management and demonstrated knowledge of PSEI matriculation, admissions, financial aid, and other related processes. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a team. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
