The Midwest Utility and Pipeline Training Center’s mission is to:

  • Create a competent workforce by developing and recruiting new employees in the utility and
    pipeline industry.
  • Enhance the skills and safety of the industry’s incumbent workforce
  • Expand current facilities to serve additional segments of the oil and gas industry to include training in fundamental job skills, safety, compliance and regulatory standards and training specific to the industry.
