Barton Community College will offer Customer Service Training for anyone interested in learning customer service strategies and standards. The training session is set from
8 a.m. to noon Thursday, Jan. 28, at the Front Door, 1615 10th Street, Great Bend.
The training topics will include customer service strategies, developing a customer service culture, identifying quality service standards, understanding service delivery systems and measuring customer service satisfaction.
Instructor is Shanna Legleiter, Barton’s Business Administrative Technology Instructor/Coodinator, who has taught customer service for more than eight years, exploring a variety of quality service techniques and concepts. Most recently, she was a participant in the Disney Institute at Walt Disney World, Fla.
