Barton’s Center for Adult Education to Start New Class in January

Barton Community College’s Center for Adult Education, 1025 Main, will start a new class session on Jan. 11. Classes will be conducted for basic math and reading skills along with preparation for the GED (General Education Development) tests.
Morning classes will meet from 8:30 to 11:45 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Students also may choose to study via the Internet in a distance learning program.
Before attending class, students must participate in the three-day orientation process set for Tuesday through Thursday, Jan. 5-7. The next orientation session will be held in March 2010.
