5th Annual Sunflower Spelling Bee - This state competition and national qualifying event is sponsored by the Great Bend Tribune and co-hosted by the Barton Cmmunity College Foundation.  Event begins at 1:00 p.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium.

 

March 19 - 23, 2012

Spring Break -  No college classes but offices are open March 19 - 21, 2012.  Entire campus closed March 22 - 23, 2012. 

 

April 6 - 9, 2012

Easter Break - Campus and offices are closed.

 

April 15, 2012

5th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot - Fundraiser for Barton faculty mini-grants.  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Shoot held at LaSada Sporting Clays & Hunting Service in Russell, KS.

 

May 18 - August 3, 2012

Summer Office Hours - College official office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. The Kirkman Student Services official office hours are 7:30 am. – 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.  However, please note that offices are open 10 hours each day.  Please check with individual departments as working times vary.  All offices will be closed on Friday during this time.
