Shanna Legleiter serves as the Instructor/Coordinator for the Business & Medical Administrative Technology programs at Barton Community College.  Shanna spent seven years in the workforce prior to teaching.  She currently teaches a number of courses face-to-face and online.

 

 

 

 

 

Kim Brennan serves as the new Instructor/Coordinator of the Medical Support Programs.  She is a graduate of St. John High School. She attended pre nursing courses at Pratt Community College then was accepted at Wesley School of Nursing in Wichita. Kim graduated there in 1973 married an Air Force Lieutenant from South Carolina in August and moved to Columbia SC where we lived so Bill, my spouse, could attend graduate school.  I worked in the 800 bed Richland Memorial Hospital until we moved back to Kansas in 1977.   I have worked in hospitals, clinics and long term care facilities.    I received my BSN in 1993 from Newman University and my MSEd in 1998 from Newman University.  My experience so far here at Barton has been wonderful, everyone is so nice and helpful and they have made me feel welcome!
