*Partnering new non-instructional employees with B-OP Member Mentors
*Extending Courtesies to Members through cards, gifts and services, as needed
*Reporter is the Facilitator
COOPERATION COMMITTEE
Organizes fundraising projects and campus staffing inquiries by
*Handling requests for personnel to assist with College Events & Activities
*Coordinating efforts to staff and organize B-OP Fundraising Events & Activities, i.e.
1. Birthday Cake
2. Spelling Bee Concession Stan
*Secretary/Treasurer is the Facilitator
PROFESSIONALISM COMMITTEE
Assures that our gatherings throughout the year are well organized and productive by
*Arranging for Meeting Programs that challenge, teach or entertain
*Planning two Social Meetings a year
*Securing a Slate of Officers to take leadership for the upcoming year
*President is the Facilitator
SERVICE COMMITTEE
Demonstrates our commitment to Barton Community College and its students by
*Organizing our “Dessert of the Month” project in support of the Barton Foundation auction
*Coordinates Barton Office Professionals funded Student Scholarship(s) with the Foundation
*Promoting Interaction with Students, Faculty and Staff through Service Projects of our choosing
*Vice President is the Facilitator
